My little charm of a twelve-and-half-years-old daughter

Often questions,” When will the pandemic era be vanished, mum? ”

Unknowingly a chill runs down my spine as I am giving her a toast of bread and butter.

She felt tired, bored, irritated as a delicate child and started to hum.

I just watched her activity and wondered, “Aren’t you happy to stay at home?”

Unconsciously, the pain of staying at the home regularly transported me to Rome.

Oh cutie! What a wonderful dream you had, when you can’t even enter the house of God!

When lots of people had lost their lives ignoring the deadliest virus.

Last week, Thapa uncle had lost his wife taking “Covid -19 and its effects” as futile.

“Yes, mum, I am tired with the circumstances, we encounter” but we had no time to contemplate

What about our childish nature?

Namrata Bhandari

Listening to the electronic media -TV and Radio uttering the same word continuously

Staying at the home is the best for your family and the rest

Staying at home is the safest without inviting the guest.

Washing your hand regularly with soap and water, counting the seven steps thoroughly

Never go outside the home, wherever you are -stay safe

And always maintain the social distance the toughest, your family reminds you.

What about the so called poor people, protection and their safety?

How are they going to deal with the situation, without going outside?

Is it possible for them to run the family taking complete rest?

How could we be so selfish to save our lives ignoring their rights?

Even in the burden of time so called”others” could hardly get PPE and test

A second wave is inevitable; COVID-19 has spiraled down.

Though they are uncomfortable inside but never let stress and anxiety   wrap up.

Even in the time of crisis, we lack humanity fragment by fragment.
